Seems like we won’t be getting to learn the setting for American Horror Story season six until the show actually premieres.
According to TV.com, FX CEO John Landgraf announced Tuesday at the Television Critics Association that the American Horror Story team won’t announce the season six theme before the show premieres in September.
So what about those brief teasers we’ve seen? And we can expect more of them apparently. Well, according to Landraf all but one of them are red herrings.
“We thought it would be fun to keep it a mystery, so we are,” says Landgraf. “All I can say is that there is a theme, and a setting and a place and time, but we’re not going to reveal it because we think it’s going to be fun for the audience to have it be a surprise this year.”
Whatever the theme, we’re still hoping it’s called American Horror Story 666. The one thing we do know is Lady Gaga is back.
