Much has been made of the hip hop soundtrack that’ll be underpinning Luke Cage, making it the coolest superhero series on air. Each episode title will use the name of a song by the East Coast hip hop group Gang Starr.
Part one of the Marvel’s Luke Cage Street Level Hero social video series explores the music that moves Netflix’s latest Marvel superhero series. These digital videos look to blend fiction with history by taking audiences behind the curtain on the themes that give the show it’s street-level authenticity and cultural relevance. The entire first season of Marvel’s Luke Cage will be made available for your binge-watching pleasure on Netflix on 30 September.
