Donald Trump tweeted a typically Donald Trump-esque new year’s message a few days ago – ie, inelegant, buffoonish, boorish and totally beneath the public office he’s supposed to be representing. It also sounded like something a supervillain would say: “Happy New Year to all, including to my many enemies and those who have fought me and lost so badly they just don’t know what to do. Love!” Mark Hamill, who’s played both the Trickster on two versions of The Flash and the Joker in various Warners animated series, agreed and rerecorded the message in his Joker voice.
Here at BUZZ, we now really want to hear Hamill give a Joker makeover to some of Nigel Farage’s absurd utterances. How about that gloating, “Who’s laughing now?!?!” speech he made at the European parliament after the Brexit result was announced? Go on, Mark, pretty please!
Actually, no. That would just make Farage thinks he actually matters.
