As the season three premiere of Fear The Walking Dead approaches, AMC has revealed the official key art. The art features Nick Clark (Frank Dillane) and tagline, “Fear What You Become,” which work together to represent the idea that the person you become in the new world is more brutal, savage and heartless; and capable of things that were unimaginable before the dead began to walk.
Fear The Walking Dead will return for its third season in the UK on Monday 5 June at 2am, simultaneous with the US premiere, with a repeat at 9pm exclusively to BT customers. The first half of the AMC Studios production will consist of eight episodes airing over six weeks, with two back-to-back episodes on Monday 5 June and a mid-season finale of two back-to-back episodes on Monday 10 July.
The series will be exclusive to BT customers in the UK on the AMC channel – on BT TV channel 332, and to BT Sport Pack subscribers on Sky channel 192. AMC is also available in HD on both BT TV and Sky with an HD subscription1. The first episode will be simulcast free on the BT Showcase channel.
AMC also renewed Fear The Walking Dead for a fourth season ahead of its upcoming season three premiere. In addition, Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg (Once Upon A Time) are boarding Fear as co-showrunners, starting with season four. Additionally, Scott M Gimple, executive producer and showrunner of The Walking Dead will become an executive producer on Fear The Walking Dead.
In Fear The Walking Dead season three, our families will be brought together in the vibrant and violent region formerly known as the US/Mexico border. International lines done away with following the world’s end, our characters must attempt to rebuild not only society, but family as well. Madison has reconnected with Travis, her apocalyptic partner, but Alicia has been fractured by her murder of Andres. Madison’s son is only a few miles from his mother, but Nick’s first action as a leader saw him and Luciana ambushed by an American militia group — the couple escaped death, Luciana was shot, and Nick no longer feels immortal. Recovering both emotionally and physically, Strand has his sights set on harnessing the new world’s currency, and Ofelia’s captivity will test her ability to survive and see if she can muster the savagery of her father.
