The long-awaited return of the Necromancer to Diablo III will finally come to pass when the morbid skeleton-raiser is made available on June 27th.
There’s no doubting the immense popularity of the class since its introduction in Diablo II as a dark magician who combines blood and bone to create armies of undead to fight foes. Now, the same devious mix of dark magic will be on hand in the latest entry of Blizzard’s action-RPG blast-em-up and loot-em-up.
The new class joins the game through the Rise of the Necromancer DLC pack, which also includes a Golem pet, two additional character slots, two additional stash tabs and a selection of new cosmetic items for use in-game or on player profiles. All-in-all the pack will set you back £12.99 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
If you’re yet to pick up Diablo III at all, PS Plus and Xbox Live Gold members can get the Diablo III: Eternal Collection for £29.99 for a limited time. This bundle includes the original game, Reaper of Souls expansion and Rise of the Necromancer pack.
