Still bummed that Star Wars Rebels is over (even if that was an awesome finale)? Looks like MCM London Comic Con has you covered, with show organisers today announcing that Rebels star Taylor Gray is to be a special guest at the Excel event when it returns in May!
A CG animated series set between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope, the award-winning Star Wars Rebels saw Gray play the central role of Ezra Bridger, a teenage street urchin and con-artist who joins the motley crew of the Ghost and learns the ways of the Force from Kanan Jarrus (Freddie Prinze, Jr.).
Thrown out onto the streets of his home planet Lothal on his seventh birthday after his parents were arrested for opposing the Empire, Grays’s character initially displays a cynical and uncaring streak. His time aboard the Ghost soon draws out his heroic side, however, with Ezra often risking everything to protect his friends …although tragedy continues to dog his footsteps and tempts him to the Dark Side on more than one occasion.
MCM London Comic Con returns to ExCel London on 25-27 May. Tickets to the show are available here.
