Charlet Chung, the voice of D.Va in best-selling Blizzard shooter Overwatch, is the first special guest to be announced for September’s MCM Scotland Comic Con. In addition, show organisers announced today that Chung will also be joining co-stars Lucie Pohl (Mercy) and Gaku Space (Genji) at MCM Manchester this July.
Californian-born Chung’s character D.Va is a former pro gamer who now uses her skills to pilot a state-of-the-art mech in defence of her South Korean homeland. Known by her gaming handle ‘D.Va’, 19-year-old Hana Song brings the lightning reflexes and competitive edge that made her an eSports champion to the battlefield, obliterating enemies with the twin Fusion Cannon firepower of her nimble MEKA suit while tanking damage like a boss.
Tickets to MCM Manchester and MCM Scotland are available here.
