Lucky attendees at last week’s Anime Expo got their first look at a new trailer for Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition. Fortunately for us, Bandai Namco has now made the trailer available for all to watch online so you can see everything added to this expanded version of Yuri’s quest to save the world.
Celebrating the game’s tenth anniversary, Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition comes with the technical improvements you’d expect from a remastered release, including an upscaled resolution for modern consoles.
The new version is packed with additional content never seen outside of Japan before too – the majority of which you can see in the above trailer.
There are two new fully playable party members: the young amnesiac pirate Patty Fleur, as well as Yuri’s best friend and rival Flynn Scifo. You’ll also be able to experience a number of new scenarios, locations and battles for the first time while using a number of new artes and character costumes.
Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition is scheduled for release on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC this Winter.
