The power metal heroines LOVEBITES took to social media to announce that they will go on tour across Europe this November.
The all-female five-piece consists of asami (vocals), miho (leader and bass), haruna (drums), midori (guitar) and miyako (guitar and keyboardist). June saw them release their mini album Battle Against Damnation as well as winning the Best New Band Award at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards.
In August they performed in Germany for the first time at Wacken Open Air and returned to the UK for the Bloodstock Festival. It was during their time in the UK that they met with British agency X-Ray Touring, who will be handling their European tour, which sees LOVEBITES return to the UK and Germany, as well as performing in the Netherlands and France for the first time.
“We are extremely pleased to work with X-ray Touring,” stated the band on Facebook. “Now we have more opportunities to conduct live shows and tours outside of Japan. We’re really looking forward to perform in front of, and have direct contact with, more and more metal fans overseas. But most of all we’re looking forward to return to Germany and the UK, and play in the Netherlands and France for the first time. Let’s meet at the live venue.”
LOVEBITES will play six shows this November:
