Manga Entertainment will be hosting a free fan screening of Love, Chunibyo and Other Delusions! Take on Me at MCM London next weekend, the UK distributor today announced.
Kyoto Animation’s 2018 movie will be screening in MCM London Comic Con’s CineMobile at 15:00 on the Sunday of the show. The film will be in Japanese with English subtitles and the first 100 attendees will also receive a special goodie bag containing a folder and a selection of film cells, coasters and trading cards.
Released on DVD and Blu-ray in December, Take on Me is the feature-length conclusion of Kyoto Animation’s Love, Chunibyo and Other Delusions! series. Set during Yūta and Rikka’s third year of high school, the Tatsuya Ishihara-helmed movie opens with Tōka making plans to bring her delusional lil’ sister over to Italy to live with her. Fearing that they will be separated permanently, young couple Yūta and Rikka decide to go on the run…
As well as hosting the free screening and selling a host of titles old and new at their booth on Comic Con’s show floor, MCM London will see Manga Entertainment running a special charity raffle to raise money for the UK Sepsis Trust. Further details can be found here.
MCM London Comic Con comes to town on 26-28 October 2018. Tickets are available here.
